🍺 在龙芯上安装 Homebrew（brew 本体可用）

官方 Homebrew 不支持 loongarch64。本项目提供移植补丁与安装脚本，brew 本体可以在龙芯上运行。

上游 Homebrew 尚不支持 loongarch64。本源提供 tap、预编译 bottle 和 homebrew-core 镜像，用法与 Homebrew 一致。
